Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking

Order Changes
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at customer@fansjoe.com. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Failed Delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
